摘要
汽车胎压监测系统
本文主要提出了基于新型无线技术——ZigBee的胎压监测系统(TPMS)的设计方案。鉴于ZigBee低成本、低功耗、小范围、低复杂度的个人局域网特点,所以设计将这项技术用于车用胎压监测系统。保证标准的胎压是车辆在日常维护以及行驶时防止爆胎的关键所在,于是胎压监测系统(TPMS)应运而生。
本次设计正是使用了完美支持最新版本ZigBee技术的第二代片上系统CC2530芯片实现胎压监测示警功能。本文主要介绍轮胎压力监测系统的应用设计和实现,利用压力传感器无线节点组成ZigBee无线网络,实现轮胎内部温度和压力数据的自动采集和传输。由于使用了 ZigBee技术,大大降低了系统的成本和功耗,保证了系统的长使用寿命。经试验,胎压监测系统能够对轮胎内的气压和温度进行实时地自动监测,通过ZigBee无线方式将胎压的信息传送给车内显示模块,并显示在液晶显示屏上,同时在轮胎出现危险征兆时及时给驾驶员报警,确保行车安全。

Abstract
tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS)
This paper proposes a new wireless technology – ZigBee, to base on this technology to design the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) scheme. In view of low cost ZigBee, low power, small range, low complexity personal area network features, so the design of the technology for the vehicle with tire pressure monitoring system. Ensure the standard tire pressure is the vehicle in the daily maintenance and driving to prevent the key tire, and the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) emerge as the times require.
This design is the use of the perfect support for the latest version of the ZigBee technology of the second generation of system on chip CC2530 chip to realize the tire pressure monitoring alarm function. This paper mainly introduces the application and Realization of the design of tire pressure monitoring system, using pressure sensor wireless nodes in ZigBee wireless network, to realize the automatic collection and transmission of the tire temperature and pressure data. Because of the use of ZigBee technology, greatly reduce the system cost and power consumption, to ensure the long service life system. After testing, tire pressure monitoring system can real time automatic monitoring of temperature and pressure on the tire, through ZigBee wireless mode to transmit the information
