Xi`an 水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂技术研究 李 民 辽河油田井下作业公司 摘要：为提高苏里格气田三低气田的改造效果，2009 年在苏 10 区块引进并成功实施了水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压 裂技术。该技术要点包括水平井分段压裂设计思路、裂缝参数优化、施工设计参数优化、压裂液配方优化、配套对 策措施、分段完井压裂管柱及井口、施工组织预案及应急预案等。 本文主要以苏 10 区块实施的 4 口井的资料为依据，详细介绍了该技术从设计到实施的全过程。其中主要工作是 在裸眼封隔器完井的基础上，结合该区块地质特点和直井压裂开发经验，有针对性的开展了裸眼完井方式下的压裂 方案设计与优化工作。包括水平井压裂液配方研究与设计、压裂参数设计、施工组织等工作，同时形成了液体隔断 粘度技术、变排量技术、支撑剂隔断技术等配套技术措施，最终保证了水平井裸眼封隔完井分段压裂技术的在苏里 格气田的成功实施。 该区块实施的 4 口井改造效果良好，单井日产气6~12 万方，是直井产量的 3~5 倍，实现了水平井高效开发的目 标。该技术的成功应用推动了苏里格气田低渗储层的经济有效开发，2010 年在苏里格气田得到推广实施。 关键词：苏 10 区块 三低气藏 水平井 裸眼封隔器完井 分段压裂 参数优化 配方优化 Study of the horizontal well open hole packer well completion partition fracturing technology Li Min Liaohe Oilfield Downhole Workover Company Abstract:In order to enhance three-low gas transformation effects of the Su Lige natural reservoirs, in 2009 it is introduced in the Su-10 areas and implemented the horizontal well open hole packer well completion partition fracturing technology. This technical points include the horizontal well partition fracturing design ideas, the fracturing parameters optimization, the construction design parameters optimization, fracturing fluid formula optimization, supporting measures, the partition well completion fracturing pipe and wellhead, the construction organization plans and the contingency plans and so on. This article mainly take the Su-10 area 4 wells material into consideration,which introduced this technology in detail from the design to the implementation in the entire process.The prime task is on the basis of the open hole packer well
