水泥中的游离CaO（fCaO）对混凝土质量的影响已经得到了很大程度的控制，但CaO仍

以其他方式影响着混凝土质量。为了分析某大厦地下室剪力墙局部混凝土爆裂的原因，依据《建

筑结构检测技术标准》（GBT50344—2019）的判定方法，得出混凝土中的fCaO未超限，再结合X

射线荧光技术定量分析了混凝土化学成分，找出了混凝土爆裂的原因，并由此引入了“聚团未水化

CaO”的概念。
