During the practice of financial reform, for our banking industry is urgently open to the foreigners. In this paper, by analyzing the construction bank of various indexes and the probroms when implementing the goal of the new Basel capital accord , to find the reason why the probroms raising in the implementation of the construction bank. By analyzing the causes of these problems for our commercial banks to provide some recommendations of the feasibility of very high, which is conducive to implement new Basel capital accord, better use of local advantages, get a firm foothold, improve their own competitiveness.
