Jinzhou Broadcasting and TV Bureau ，Liaoning Jinzhou 121000 ，China ） Abstract ：The broadcast quality is affected when the multi-channel programs and multiple frequency modula- tion programs is monitored manually. To solve the problem ，a domination system of multi-channel programs is successfully designed. With this system ，alarming can be given out automatically in case of the failure such as losing at high voltage ，no power output ，signal sources interruption ，with carrier frequency but no modulation ， lack of track etc. Real-time monitor and control of multi-channel and frequency modulation broadcasting pro- gram is realized. The system has already been successfully applied in Jinzhou TV broadcasting Station. As a result ，the working pressure of person on duty is greatly lessened ，and the efficiency and broadcasting quality is improved as well.
