(论文) PLC和变频器在工业洗衣机控制中的 应用设计 摘 要 随着社会经济的发展和科学技术水平的提高,工业全自动化成为必然的发展趋势。工业全自动化洗衣机的产生极大的方便了企业的生产。国产工业洗衣机经过几年的平稳发展,无论在质量上还是功能上都和世界领先水平同步。纵观洗衣机市场,高效节能、省水、省电、环保型洗衣机一直在市场上占主导地位。 根据工业全自动洗衣机的工作原理,利用可编程控制器和变频器实现控制PLC的优点是:可靠性高,耗电少,适应性强,运行速度快,寿命长等变频器的优点是高效、节能等,为了进一步提高工业洗衣机的功能和性能,避免传统控制的一些弊端,就提出了用PLC和变频器来控制工业洗衣机这个课题。该论文就怎样利用PLC和变频器来控制工业洗衣机进行了调查,对其中软件设计、硬件设计等问题进行了分析和研究,实现了工业洗衣机的正常运行和强制性停止功能。 关键词工业洗衣机,可编程控制器,变频器控制 ABSTRACT As social and economic development and raising the level of science and technology, industrial fully automated an inevitable trend of development. Industrial production of fully automated washing machine very convenient for the production. After several years of industrial washing machines made the smooth development or function in terms of both quality and world-leading level of synchronization. Throughout the washing machine market, energy efficient, save water and energy saving, environment-friendly washing machine has been dominant in the market. According to the working principle of automatic washing machine industry, the use of programmable controller and inverter to achieve control. PLCs advantages are: high reliability, low power consumption, adaptability, fast and long life. Inverter has the advantage of high efficiency, energy saving, etc., in order to further improve the functionality and performance of industrial washing machines, to avoid some shortcomings of traditional control, proposed the use of PLC and frequency converter to control the industrial washing machine this topic. The paper on how to use PLC and frequency converter to control the industrial washing machine for the investigation, including software design, hardware design issues such as analysis and research, to achieve the normal operation of industrial washing machine and the compulsory stop function.
