摘要 防火卷帘智能控制装置的设计源于生产实际的需要，确保人民生命和社会财产安全的需要。它能起到阻止火势蔓延和烟雾扩散的作用，也能起到保护人身安全、减少社会财产损失的作用。 本设计采用AT89C52作为核心器件。选用JTY-GD-DG311联网型光电感烟火灾探测器和9-28V联动开关量感温探测器各一只，用来探测周围烟雾浓度和温度的变化，当探测器到有火灾发生时，通过光耦隔离电路向AT89C52发送火灾报警信号。AT89C52在接受火灾探测器发送的报警信号后，向三相异步电动机正反转控制电路发送驱动信号，向声光报警电路和消防系统发送报警信号。其中三相异步电动机的正反转控制采用两个接触器构成了具有互锁环节的可逆控制线路，主要控制防火卷帘的上升和下降功能，并且采用TC783A作为三相相序和缺相检测电路以及热继电器来保护三相异步电动机。声音报警电路则采用专门的语音芯片PB2130UP002A，并用7046低电平驱动，；而灯光报警则采用发光二极管，本设计还设计了手动控制，手动操作按钮接入AT89C52的借口，并以最高操作优先级控制防火卷帘的升降。火灾发生时，可按动手动按钮控制防火卷帘的启闭。 关键词：TA89C52；探测器； TC783A；手动控制Abstract The fire roller shutter intelligent control device design comes from the need of the actual production, to ensure that the peoples life and social property safety needs.
