毕业论文(设计)题目:基于单片机的恒温水箱控制系统的软件设 摘 要近年来随着计算机在社会领域的渗透,单片机的应用正在不断地走向深入,同时带动传统控制检测日新月益更新。在实时检测和自动控制的.单片机应用系统中,单片机往往是作为一个核心部件来使用,仅由单片机方面简单的控制已经能满足市场要求,这就要求软硬件结合设计更加智能化、人性化。本设计采用新型单片机STC12C5A60S2以及高灵敏度的DS18B20和液位传感器LM1042对水箱温度和液位进行实时测量,由单片机内集成的10位 A/D进行模数转换,从而实现实时监测、实时控制、实时显示及越限报警等功能。系统硬件由主机、电源、按键及显示、控温执行和串行日通信等部分组成;软件由主程序、温度检侧转换、温度控制等模块组成。系统通过按键切换实现实际温度和设定温度在数码管中的显示和更改。实验结果表明,该系统检测精度高、反应快,具有一定应用价值。关键字:水温自动控制;A/D转换;DS18B20;LM1024The software designer of Constant temperature water tank control system Abstract which based on SCMAbstractIn recent years, with the penetration of computers in the social field, the application of the SCM is constantly deepening the same time promote the traditional control testing day by day benefits update. It carried out the analog to digital conversion by the integrated 10 bit A / D of microcontroller. In order to achieve the functions of real-time monitoring, real-time control, real-time display and limit alarm. The system’s hardware composed by the host, power supplying, keypad , displaying, temperature control implementation and serial communications parts. The software consisted of the main program, the temperature detection and conversion , temperature control module .The system achieved the displaying and changing of the actual temperature and the setting temperature in the digital tube through the key switch.
