第12期 机械设计与制造 2022年12月 Machinery Design Manufacture 141 高压连续射流冲击强化A16063-T832的试验研究 郝志敏1,贺占蜀2 (1 .新乡职业技术学院,河南新乡453000;2.郑州大学机械与动力工程学院,河南郑州450001) 摘 要:为了获得高压连续射流对材料表面的冲击强化效果 ,以A16063-T832铝合金为对象,进行高压连续射流冲击强化 试验,并基于连续射流结构形态与冲击压力,采用单因素实验法逐项研究射流压力P、射流移动速度彷冲击次数对残余 应力、表面硬度、表面粗糙度血三个指标的影响规律 ,最后同时兼顾这三个指标寻找最优的射流工艺参数 。结果表明:当 P从40MPa增至60MPa时残余压应力随着射流压力的增加而增大 ,当P继续增至70MPa时残余压应力反而有所减小,残 余压应力随着耳的增加而增大 。表面硬度随着P 、7l的增加而增大 。表面粗糙度随着P 、7l的增加而增大,随着Vf的增加 而减小 °本试验中最优的射流工艺参数为:P=40MPa 、萨2000 mm/min^n=2o 关键词:连续射流;冲击强化;射流压力;射流移动速度;冲击次数 中图分类号:TH16;TG176 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-3997(2022)12-0141-06 Experimental Study on High Pressure Continuous Water Jet Peening on AI6063-T832 HAO Zhi-min1, HE Zhan-shu2 (l.Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College, He5nan Xinxiang 453000, China; 2.School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Zhengzhou University, He * nan Zhengzhou 450001, China) Abstract order to obtain the strengthening effect of high pressure continuous waterjet peening, high pressure continuous water jet experiments is conducted for peening the surface of aluminum alloy 6063—T832. Then, based on structural morphology and impact pressure of the continuous water jet, the influence of the jet pressure P, the jet traverse velocity ly and the number of water jet pass n on the of residual stress, surface hardness and surface roughness are investigated by single-factor experiment.
