高海拔长大铁路隧道施工通风方案优化

摘要:为解决高海拔地区修筑长大铁路隧道时ꎬ低气压、高寒缺氧环境条件下隧道通风技术难题ꎬ以兰新铁路第二双
线甘青段祁连山隧道为例ꎬ结合原通风设计方案ꎬ基于洞内多位置与多组点大气压力、温度、相对湿度以及各组风机运
行时各测点风速等参数测试数据ꎬ通过理论方法计算隧道施工过程实际需风量ꎬ从而对既有施工通风方案进行优化ꎮ
经现场验证ꎬ采用优化后的高海拔隧道施工通风方案ꎬ提高了施工人员和机械设备工作效率ꎬ技术可行、经济性好ꎮ研
究成果可为高海拔寒区隧道施工通风系统设计提供参考ꎮ

Abstract:Inordertosolvethetechnicalproblemsofventilationwhenconstructingrailwaytunnelsathighaltitudeꎬlow
pressureandlackofoxygenꎬthispapertakestheQilianMountainTunnelofGan ̄Qingsectionoftheseconddoublelineof
Lanzhou ̄XinjiangRailwayasanexampleandreliesontheoriginalventilationdesignschemeꎬdesignsanoptimizedventilation
schemefortheexistingconstructionofhigh ̄altitudetunnelsbasedontheparametertestdatasuchasatmosphericpressureꎬ
temperatureꎬrelativehumidityatmultiplelocationsandmultiplepointsinthetunnelꎬaswellaswindspeedateachmeasuring
pointwheneachgroupoffansisrunningꎬandobtainstherequiredairvolumeofthetunnelintheprocessofactualconstruction
throughtheoreticalcalculations.Afteron ̄siteverificationꎬtheoptimizedventilationschemeforhighaltitudetunnelconstruction
hasimprovedtheefficiencyofconstructionpersonnelandmechanicalequipmentꎬandistechnicallyfeasibleandeconomical.
Theresearchresultscanprovidereferenceforthedesignofventilationsystemfortunnelconstructioninhigh ̄altitudecoldareas.
