Abstract:
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofindustrializationandmodernization,theimportanceofpressmachineasanimportantmechanicalequipmentinindustrialproductionisincreasing.However,asthepressmachinecontinuestoupgrade,itscomplexityandperformancerequirementsarealsoincreasing.Therefore,thefailureproblemofpressmachinehasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention.ThispapertakestheJB36-400typecloseddoublepointpressmachinecrankshaftfracturefailureastheresearchobject,aimstoanalyzethecauseoffailure,andputforwardtheschemeofmechanicalperformanceenhancement.
Thispaperfirstintroducesthebasicconceptandworkingprincipleofthepressmachine,andthenbrieflyintroducesthetechnicallevelanddevelopmenttrendoftheexistingsimilarpressmachines.Then,aimingatthephenomenonofJB36-400typecloseddoublepointpressmachinecrankshaftfracturefailure,thefailurereasonsareanalyzedindepth,mainlyincludingmaterialdefectsandprocessproblems.
