摘要

如今随着生活水平的提高汽车的数址越来越多,用传统的人工清洗方式时一辆汽车进行普通的日常清洗大概会需要20分伊，人工消洗的效率比较低，清洁度比较低。自动化洗车仅仅需要几分钟,清洗效率高,可以降低劳动人员的劳动强度，节省人力、时间、水资源等;本次设计的自动洗车控制系统能够完全自动进行汽车清洗，能够提高汽车清洗效率，使得洗车变得越来越轻松、方便、快捷。本次设计的自动洗车控制系统采用三菱PLC作为控制核心，外部有清洗工具,强力吹风机，清洁剂喷洒工具等作为PLC的外部驱动设备，通过编写PLC控制程序达到对系统的控制。通过仿式软件对系统进行仿真，设计的自动洗车控制系统可以满足清洗汽车并达到自动化的要求，可以独立完成一系列洗车动作.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays,withtheimprovementoflivingstandards,thenumberofcarsisincreasing.Illakesabout20minutestoperfonnordinarydailycleaningofacarbythetraditionalmanualcleaningmclhod.Manualcleaningisrelativelyinefficientandcleanlinessisrelativelylow.Automaticcarwashingonlytakesafewminutes,hashighcleaningefficiency,canreducesthelaborintensityofworkers,andsavemanpower,time,waterresources,etc.Thisdesingofautomaticcarwashingcontrolsystemcancompletelyandautomaticallywashthecar.whichcanimprovetheefficiencyofcarwashingandtnakecarwashingeasier,moreconvenientandfaster.ThisdesignofautomaticcarwashingcontrolsystemusesMitsubishiPLCasthecontrolcore,externalcleaningtools,powerfulhairdrjers.cleaningagentsprayingtoolsandotherexternalcleaningequipmentofPLC.Pl.Ccoinrolprogramiswriitentocontrolthesystem.Through(hesimulationofthesystembysimulationsoftware,thedesignedautomaticcarwashingcontrolsystemcanmeettherequirementsofcarwashingandautomation,andcanindependentlycompleteaseriesofcarwashingactions.
