摘要
本课题采用甲醇气相脱水法设计年产3万吨二甲醚工艺,通过优化固定床反应器结构与催化剂体系,预计甲醇单程转化率可达85%-88%,较传统工艺提升5%-8%,同时采用反应-精馏耦合技术使甲醇总利用率提升至99%以上。通过精细调控反应条件及优化催化剂性能,确保原料的最大化利用,并回收利用反应过程中释放的热量,从而有效降低能耗,实现资源的高效循环利用。此外,工艺设计还将注重安全生产与产品质量,建立完善的安全管理体系和严格的质量控制措施,确保生产出的苯酚产品质量上乘,市场竞争力强。

Abstract
Inthisproject,theprocessforproducing30,000tonsofdimethyletherperyearbythemethanolgas-phasedehydrationmethodisdesigned.Byoptimizingthestructureofthefixed-bedreactorandthecatalystsystem,theexpectedsingle-passconversionrateofmethanolcanreach85%-88%,whichis5%-8%higherthanthatofthetraditionalprocess.Atthesametime,thereaction-distillationcouplingtechnologyisadoptedtoincreasethetotalutilizationrateofmethanoltoover99%.Duringtheoperationoftheprocess,byfinelyregulatingthereactionconditionssuchasreactiontemperature,pressure,andmaterialflowrate,andcontinuouslyoptimizingtheperformanceofthecatalyst,themaximumutilizationofrawmaterialsisensured.Inaddition,theprocessdesignfocusesontherecoveryandutilizationoftheheatreleasedduringthereaction,effectivelyreducingtheproductionenergyconsumptionandachievingtheefficientrecyclingofresources.Intermsofsafetyproductionandproductqualitycontrol,acompletesafetymanagementsystemcoveringmechanismssuchasriskearlywarningandemergencytreatmentwillbeestablished.Atthesametime,strictqualitycontrolmeasureswillbeformulated,comprehensivelyensuringthequalityofdimethyletherproductsfromrawmaterialinspection,processmonitoringtofinishedproductdetection,andenhancingtheirmarketcompetitiveness.
