摘要

在“交通强国”战略和“一带一路”倡议背景下，智慧港口对提升运营效率、增强全球竞争优势及推动经济高质量发展意义重大。本文通过文献分析、比较研究等方法，系统分析了我国智慧港口在管理、技术应用和政策层面的发展现状，识别出数据获取受限、区域发展不均衡、核心技术依赖进口等瓶颈与挑战。研究表明，沿海港口通过自动化码头和5G与AI技术融合实现效率提升，内河港口通过标准化与智能化改造推动功能升级，但整体面临数据治理不足、技术普惠性弱和国际标准话语权低等问题；提出强化政策资金支持、攻关核心技术、构建国家级数据共享平台、完善标准体系等对策，以推动智慧港口可持续发展和国际竞争力提升。
