基于PLC的电动机控制系统设计
中 文 摘 要
PLC可编程控制器是以微处理器为核心,综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术发展而来的一种新型工业控制装置。它具有结构简单、编程方便、可靠性高等优点,已广泛用于工业过程和位置的自动控制中。据统计,可编程控制器是工业自动化装置中应用最多的一种设备。专家认为,可编程控制器将成为今后工业控制的主要手段和重要的基础设备之一,PLC、机器人、CAD/CAM将成为工业生产的三大支柱。由于PLC具有对使用环境适应性强的特性,同时其内部定时器资源十分丰富,可使用于工作环境较恶劣的顶管地下工作。
在信息化、现代化的今天,所有的生产都进入了电子控制阶段,PLC的控制的掌握不再是高等人才的使用,随着社会对这一类人才的需求的增加,越来越多的人了解和掌握对PLC的使用。本次设计主要通过PLC的编程控制实现对三相异步电动机的正反转以及顺序控制电动机的转速控制,通过这几项控制来达到PLC对电机的智能控制的体现。

Abstract
PLC programmable controller is a microprocessor as the core, a combination of computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology development of a new type of industrial control device. It has advantages of simple structure, convenient programming and high reliability, has been widely used in industrial process and location of the automatic control. According to statistics, the programmable controller is one of the most used in industrial automation equipment equipment. The expert thinks, programmable controller will become the main future industrial control means and one of the important basic equipment, PLC, robotics, CAD/CAM will become the three pillars of industrial production. Because the PLC has the use of the characteristics of strong adaptability to environment, while its internal timer is very rich in resources, can be used in the work environment is bad work underground pipe jacking.
In todays informationization, modernization, all production entered the stage of the electronic control of PLC control of the master is no longer the use of higher talents, with the increase of social demand for this type of talent, more and more people to understand and master the use of PLC. This design mainly realized by PLC programming control of three phase asynchronous motor and reversing and sequential control of motor speed control, several control to achieve through this PLC intelligent control of motor.
