头孢类抗生素生产废水处理工程设计
摘要
本研究针对头孢类抗生素制造过程中产生的日均7000m3高浓度难降解废水(COD浓度20000mg/L、BOD?5000mg/L、氨氮400mg/L、硫酸盐7000mg/L、pH值5-8),以符合GB21903-2008《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》的要求,采用“细格栅-调节池-气浮装置-升流式厌氧污泥床-序批式活性污泥法+活性炭吸附”集成处理系统,在前端利用物理预处理去除大颗粒物质、悬浮物和油类污染物,利用UASB反应器高效去除有机污染物(COD和BOD5质量去除率分别达85%和80%),然后经过SBR工艺完成氮、磷污染物的处理(COD和氨氮质量去除率都大于90%),最终经过活性炭吸附处理使COD质量浓度降低到36mg/L以下,完全达到排放限值要求。设计明确8座有效水深5m的UASB反应器、4组单池有效体积23040m3的SBR池等构筑物参数,工程总投资5487.75万元,年处理成本2941.2万元,吨水处理成本约10.7元,通过成熟工艺组合与优化设计,为同类高浓度制药废水处理提供了经济可行的工程范例。

Abstract
