患者预见性护理干预在CT检查中碘过敏反应的应用效果

摘要：目的本研究旨在探讨在CT检查中采用预见性护理干预对碘过敏反应发生率的影响，以提高患者满意度、

依从性和检查安全性。方法于2023年1月至2023年12月期间，择取在我院进行CT增强检查的60例患者当作

研究对象。运用随机数字表法这种分组形式，把患者均分为两组。其中一组被界定为对照组，该组接受常规护理；

而另一组命名为观察组，其需在常规护理的基础之上施行预见性护理干预，涵盖对患者过敏史与家族史的评估、

对生命体征的紧密观测、给予心理支持以及做好急救设备和药物的准备工作。观察两组患者碘过敏反应发生情况、

患者满意度和依从性。结果与对照组相比，观察组碘过敏反应发生率显著降低（P＜0.05），且患者满意度和依

从性明显更高（P＜0.05）。结论在CT检查中碘过敏反应方面，预见性护理干预有效降低了碘过敏反应的发生

率和严重程度，以及提高了患者满意度、依从性和检查安全性。因此，在CT检查中应广泛推广和应用预见性护

理干预措施。
