10000m3/d印染企业工业废水处理工艺设计

摘要：印染废水因其水质复杂、色度高、CODcr和BOD?浓度高、含盐量大、可生化性较差等特点，一直是工业废水治理中的重点与难点。为响应国家关于印染行业绿色发展的政策要求，本文以浙江某印染企业废水为研究对象，设计了处理规模为10000m3·d-1的印染废水处理系统。处理工艺由“调节池→提前置混凝沉淀池→UASB→两级AO→二沉池→后置混凝沉淀池→臭氧催化氧化→生物滤池”组成，兼顾有机污染物降解与脱氮除磷。系统进水CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、SS、色度分别为2000mg·L-1、650mg·L-1、40mg·L-1、60mg·L-1、400mg·L-1、1200倍，出水浓度降至96mg·L-1、22.1mg·L-1、10.8mg·L-1、13.5mg·L-1、26mg·L-1、48倍，满足GB4287-2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中直接排放限值。污泥处理采用“污泥浓缩池+板框压滤脱水机”，确保含水率低于80%。本设计建设投资5050万元、运营成本6.16元·m-3。

Abstract:Duetoitscomplexcomposition,highchroma,elevatedCODcrandBOD?concentrations,andhighsalinity,textiledyeingwastewaterremainsamajorchallengeinindustrialwastewatertreatment.InresponsetoChinasenvironmentalpolicypromotinggreendevelopmentinthedyeingindustry,thisstudydesignsa10,000m3/dwastewatertreatmentsystemforadyeingenterpriseinZhejiangProvince.Theproposedprocessintegratescoagulationsedimentation,upflowanaerobicsludgeblanket(UASB),two-stageanoxic-oxic(AO)process,catalyticozonation,andbiologicalaeratedfilter(BAF),achievingefficientdegradationoforganicpollutantsandnitrogenremoval.TheinfluentconcentrationsofCODcr,BOD5,NH3-N,TN,SS,andcolorare2000mg·L-1,650mg·L-1,40mg·L-1,60mg·L-1,400mg·L-1,and1200times,respectively,andarereducedto96mg·L-1,22.1mg·L-1,10.8mg·L-1,13.5mg·L-1,26mg·L-1,and48timesintheeffluent,complyingwiththedirectdischargelimitsofGB4287-2012.Sludgetreatmentisconductedviathickeningfollowedbyplate-and-framefilterpress,ensuringfinalsludgemoisturecontentbelow80%.Thetotalcapitalinvestmentofthisdesignis50.5millionCNY,andtheoperatingcostis6.16CNYpercubicmeterofwastewatertreated.
