Abstract:Electricity，water，gas，fueloil，coldandheatenergyandotherrelevantenergyresources

whichwillbeconsumedintheoperationofurbanrailtransitaretakenasthemainmanagementobjectsby

thisEnergyManagementSystem(EMS)．Intelligentenergymeasuringmeterswillbefittedatthemain

energy-consumingequipmentsinthestations，rollingstockdepots，OperationControlCenter(OCC)and

mainsubstations．Byusingfieldcontrolnetwork，thereal-timeonlinedatacollectionofenergy

consumptioncanberealized，andthenclassified，itemizedandhouseholdmeteringmodescanbe

achieved．Aftercombingwithrelevantinformationprovidedbyothersystems，theenergyutilization
