Asaconditionofregistration,eachvoluntarystudentorganizationmustfileandhaveapprovedeachofthefollowing:

●Astatementaboutmembershipqualifications.

●Clearproceduresforofficerelections.

●Identificationoftheauthorizedrepresentativesofthegroup.

IfavoluntarystudentorganizationseekstouseUniversityfacilitiesformeetingsopentomorethanitsownmembers,suchmeetingsshallbesubjecttotheregulationsoftheCommitteeonPublicEvents.AllorganizationeventsheldinUniversityfacilitiesmustreceiveeventapprovalfromtheOfficeofStudentActivities.NostudentgroupmayuseUniversityspaceorfacilitiesorreceiveotherUniversitysupportforpurposesofsupportingcandidatesforpublicoffice.GroupsmayusepublicplacessuchasWhitePlazaforspeechesandsimilaractivitiesheldbytheStudentCommittee;mayhaveperiodicuseofon-campusmeetingrooms;andmayrequesttoreserveauditoriums(礼堂)forpubliceventsaslongasallUniversityguidelinesarefollowed.
