BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性BMX-IN-3(B6a)是⼀种不可逆且选择性的BMX抑制剂，其IC50为12nM。BMX-IN-3(B6a)促进细胞周期停滞

和凋亡，触发保护性⾃噬，并抑制BMX/AKT/mTOR途径。BMX-IN-3(B6a)可⽤于胃癌研究。
