企业创新管理分析研究 工商管理专业.doc

内容摘要

管理和创新是企业持续发展的永恒主题。管理是企业持续发展的基础，而创新是企业持续发展的动力。企业的不断成长、规模的不断壮大客观上都要求进行与之相适应的创新管理。我国正处于经济快速发展的时期，国内中小企业量大面广，资源规模及数量均较有限，创新管理方面存在起步晚、观念落后、制度不完善、管理不规范及人员素质有待提高等诸多问题。为此，开展国内中小型企业创新管理研究，能有效提高国内中小型企业资源配置效率；促进技术、制度与创新管理的互动关系；解决高耗能和污染等限制企业可持续发展的问题，从而提高中小企业的存活率和竞争力。本文通过了解国内中小型企业创新管理的概述，阐述国内中小型企业创新管理的现状，引出中小型企业创新管理过程中存在的问题，最后提出相应的建议和对策。

Abstract

Managementandinnovationaretheeternalthemeofsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.Managementisthebasisofsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises,andinnovationisthedrivingforceofsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.Thecontinuousgrowthandexpansionofenterprisesobjectivelyrequireinnovativemanagementtoadapttothem.Ourcountryisintheperiodofrapideconomicdevelopment.Therearealargenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinourcountry.Thescaleandquantityofresourcesarelimited.Therearemanyproblemsininnovationmanagement,suchaslatestart,backwardconcept,imperfectsystem,irregularmanagementandthequalityofpersonneltobeimproved.Therefore,theresearchoninnovationmanagementofdomesticSMEscaneffectivelyimprovetheefficiencyofresourceallocationofdomesticSMEs,promotetheinteractionbetweentechnology,systemandinnovationmanagement,andsolvetheproblemsofhighenergyconsumptionandpollutionthatrestrictthesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises,soastoimprovethesurvivalrateandcompetitivenessofSMEs.Byunderstandingtheoverviewofinnovationmanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChina,thispaperexpoundsthecurrentsituationofinnovationmanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChina,leadstotheproblemsexistingintheprocessofinnovationmanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andfinallyputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionsandcountermeasures.
