固定瓦-可倾瓦块气体轴承静态特性分析

[摘要]针对固定瓦一可倾瓦块气体轴承,基于气体Reynolds方程建立了轴承动压模型,运用有限差
分法计算求解得到单块可倾斜瓦块的气膜力,根据固定瓦一可倾瓦块气体轴承的结构特点组装得到整个
气体轴承的气膜力。在不同结构参数下对轴承承载力及最小膜厚的变化趋势进行了分析研究。数值结果
表明:轴承的承载力与偏心率、预加载荷系数及轴承数三者之间呈正相关,承载力在偏心率大于0.3、轴
承数大于1.5时随参数变化较明显,可较好提高轴承的承载力;最小气膜厚度是关于偏心率的减函数

Abstract:Forafixed-tiltingpadsgasbearing,adynamicpressuremodelbasedonthegasReynoldsequation
isestablished.Thegasfilmforceofasingletiltingpadiscalculatedbyusingthefinitedifferencemethod.The
gasfilmforceofthegasbearingisassembledbasedonthestructuralcharacteristicsofthefixed-tiltingpads
gasbearing.Thevariationtrendsofbearingloadcapacityandminimumfilmthicknessunderdifferent
structuralparameterswereanalyzedandinvestigated.Thenumericalresultsshowthatthebearingcapacityis
positivelycorrelatedwiththeeccentricity,preloadcoefficient,andnumberofbearings.Thebearingcapacity
changessignificantlywiththeparameterswhentheeccentricityisgreaterthanO.3andthenumberofbearings卷
