高压加热器疏水冷却段包壳静态特性分析及结构优化

摘要:采用有限元法对高压加热器的疏冷包壳在侧卧和正立状态下进行静态特性仿真分析。应力仿真结果表
明:包壳结构能够满足强度要求。然而,形变仿真结果显示,包壳进口处的钢板变形导致疏水进口截面积增大,
致使包壳内疏水体积偏离设计值。基于上述分析结果,对包壳结构进行了优化设计,优化后包壳最大变形量有
效减小,应力集中现象有效改善,这为包壳在运行过程中保持安全稳定的结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Usingthefiniteelementmethodinhorizontalandverticalpositions,thestaticcharacteristicsimulationanalysisofthe
drainagecoolingsectionshellofahigh-pressureheaterwasconductedinthisstudy.Thestresssimulationanalysisresultsshowthat
theshellstructurecomplieswiththestrengthrequirements.However,thedeformationsimulationresultsrevealthatthedeformation
ofthesteelplateattheshelsinletwillleadtoanincreaseinthecross-sectionalareaofthedrainageinlet,causingthedrainage
volumeinsidetheshelltodeviatefromthedefaultvalue.Basedontheabove,theshellstructurewasoptimizedtoreducethe
maximumdeformationandmitigatestressconcentration.Resultsshowthattheoptimizationcaneffectivelyenhancethestructural
stabilityandsafetyoftheshellduringoperation,providingasolidtheoretical
