EachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluse

andservice.Thewarrantyperiodis1yearandbeginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairs,and

servicesarewarrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalbuyerorend-usercustomer

ofaFlukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,disposablebatteries,ortoanyproductwhich,

inFlukesopinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglected,contaminated,ordamagedbyaccidentor

abnormalconditionsofoperationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewilloperatesubstantiallyin

accordancewithitsfunctionalspecificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeenproperlyrecordedonnon-

defectivemedia.Flukedoesnotwarrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.

Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedproductstoend-usercustomers

onlybuthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferentwarrantyonbehalfofFluke.Warrantysupportis

availableonlyifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidthe

applicableinternationalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuyerforimportationcostsofrepair/

replacementpartswhenproductpurchasedinonecountryissubmittedforrepairinanothercountry.
