iFitcomesonavarietyoffitnessequipment,includingtreadmills,bikes,ellipticals,rowers,andstrength

machines.WecanbefoundbuiltintobrandslikeNordicTrack,ProForm,andFreemotion.Youcanalso

viewandcompleteworkoutsonyourphoneortabletusingtheiFitapponanyequipmentorwithno

equipmentatall!

iFitgivesyouaccesstothousandsofworkouts,bothonandoffofyourmachine!FromcardioandHIIT

tostrengthtrainingandyoga,therearethousandsofoptionsavailableforyou.

Library

TheiFitLibraryiswhereyoucangotofindtheperfectworkoutfor

youruniquetrainingregimen.Withthousandsofoptionsavailable,

we’vemadeiteasytolocate(andjoin)workouts.

Youcanfilterby:

-Duration(20–30mins,30–40mins,etc.)

-Trainer(JohnPeel,TommyRiversPuzey,HannahEden,etc.)

-Category(Running,Walking,Recovery,etc.)

-Intensity(Levels1–7)

LeaderboardJoiningaseries

OnceyoubeginaworkoutoniFit-enabledequipment,theYoucanjoinanindividualworkout,oryoucansignupforanentire

Leaderboardwillautomaticallyloadontherightsideofthescreen.series.TheSeriescategorypageallowsyoutofindalloftheseries
