第一章安全生产责任制

1.1安全生产责任制度

1.1.1总则

（1）为加强建筑工地安全生产管理，保证施工过程中的人身安全和财产安全，依据国家相关法律法规，结合建筑工地实际情况，特制定本制度。

（2）本制度适用于建筑工地内的所有施工人员、管理人员及参与施工的各方主体。

1.1.2安全生产责任主体

（1）工地负责人：作为安全生产第一责任人，对工地的安全生产负全面领导责任，应保证安全生产各项措施得到有效实施。

（2）项目经理：对项目的安全生产负直接领导责任，应组织制定并实施安全生产规章制度，保证安全生产目标的实现。

（3）安全管理员：负责工地的日常安全生产管理工作，对安全生产的执行情况进行监督、检查，保证安全生产制度的落实。

1.1.3安全生产责任内容

（1）工地负责人：

（1）组织制定并实施安全生产规章制度。

（2）定期组织安全生产培训，提高施工人员的安全意识。

（3）对安全生产及时进行处理，并制定整改措施。

（4）对安全生产工作中的重大问题进行决策。

（2）项目经理：

（1）组织制定项目安全生产计划，并保证其实施。

（2）对项目的安全生产情况进行定期检查，发觉问题及时整改。
