Abstract:Anewsmartbearingbasedontheembeddedmulti-parametersensorswasproposed
herein,whichwastheintegrationoftwoaccelerometersensors,tworotationalspeedsensorsandtwo
temperaturesensorsonthebearing.Itcanmonitorthehorizontalandverticalvibrationsofthebear
ing,andalsothespeedandthetemperature.Anewconjunctivestructureofthecompoundsensorand
thebearingwasdeveloped,whichintegratedcompoundsensorintobearingbyagroovemanufactured
onouterracewayofthebearing.Theprincipleprototypeofsmartbearingtestrigwasalsodeveloped
totestandverifytheperformanceofthesmartbearing,andtheresultsshowtheperformanceadvan
tagewhenusingthesmartbearingtodoconditionmonitoring.
