Abstract:AfiberBragggratingsensorwhichconsistedoftwoFBGsforhightemperatureandhighpres

surewellswasdesignedandfabricated.Inthesensor,thehighlyelasiticalloywaschosenasthesub

strate,andthesensorwaspackagedonthesubstratewiththehightemperaturecorrodingresistancema

terials.heexperimentalcalibrationsshowthatthesensingrangesofpressureandtemperatureare0-

20MPaand0-315,respectively;thepressuresensitivityis0.01nm/MPaandthemaximumtunable

wavelengthrangeis0.18nm;thetemperaturesensitivityis0.02nm/andthemaximumtunable

wavelengthrangeis6.60nm.Whenthebandwidthoflightsourceis40nm,thesensorcanachievedis

tributedsensingoftemperatureandpressureinthewells.Anonlinedetectionforsomeoilfieldshows

thatthesensorcanmeettheneedofthehightemperaturepressureoilgaswells.
