摘要

近些年我国金融市场发展迅速，针对金融消费者需求出现了很多金融产品、服务与衍生品，在满足金融消费者投资消费需求的同时，每年也会产生大量金融纠纷。金融纠纷的出现，加大损害了金融消费者的经济利益，也对金融机构与政府相关部门的形象及公信力。所以对金融纠纷解决机制的研究，具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。但是金融纠纷解决机制的运行过程中，也会受到人员素养、执行效率、计算机应用水平不高等多种因素的影响，无法提升金融纠纷解决水平。

在这样的背景下，对金融纠纷解决机制的研究就十分必要。因此文章在了解金融纠纷解决现状的基础上，分析金融纠纷解决机制在实际运行中存在的问题，并提出可行的解决机制与改进措施，通过优化金融纠纷解决程序与方法，提升金融纠纷解决效果，维护参与金融纠纷解决的各方合法权益，确保我国金融市场的健康发展。

ABSTRACT

Inrecentyears,Chinasfinancialmarkethasdevelopedrapidly,andmanyfinancialproducts,servicesandderivativeshaveappearedtomeettheneedsoffinancialconsumers.Whilemeetingtheinvestmentandconsumptionneedsoffinancialconsumers,alargenumberoffinancialdisputeswillalsooccureveryyear.Theemergenceoffinancialdisputeshasgreatlydamagedtheeconomicinterestsoffinancialconsumers,andalsodamagedtheimageandcredibilityoffinancialinstitutionsandrelevantgovernmentdepartments.Therefore,thestudyoffinancialdisputeresolutionmechanismhasimportanttheoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificance.However,duringtheoperationofthefinancialdisputeresolutionmechanism,itwillalsobeaffectedbymanyfactors,suchaspersonnelliteracy,executionefficiencyandlowcomputerapplicationlevel,whichcannotimprovetheleveloffinancialdisputeresolution.

Inthiscontext,itisnecessarytostudythefinancialdisputesettlementmechanism.Therefore,onthebasisofunderstandingthecurrentsituationoffinancialdisputeresolution,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistingintheactualoperationoffinancialdisputeresolutionmechanism,andputsforwardfeasiblesolutionsandimprovementmeasures.Byoptimizingtheproceduresandmethodsoffinancialdisputeresolution,theeffectoffinancialdisputeresolutioncanbeimproved,thelegitimaterightsandinterestsofallpartiesinvolvedinfinancialdisputeresolutioncanbesafeguarded,andthehealthydevelopmentofChinasfinancialmarke
