——以无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司为例

摘要：财务风险管理关系到企业的生存发展，做好企业的财务风险管理是企业必须面对的问题，自由市场的竞争加剧，对于企业自身竞争力的要求越来越高，使得当下许多财务结构不健康的公司陷入严重的财务问题之中，部分公司濒临破产。从全球金融危机爆发以后，人们开始格外关注企业财务风险管理，越来越认识到企业财务风险评价与控制给企业发展带来的优势，在瞬息万变的二十一世纪，只有管理好企业的财务风险，才能使企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文以无锡尚德太阳电力有限公司为例，参考国内外相关文献对财务风险的评价与控制进行研究，发现其存在的问题并根据实际情况提出自己的见解。
