摘要

目的：四肢骨折患者最常见的临床表现为疼痛，通过调查研究四肢骨折患者疼痛的影

响因素，制定合理的对策协助患者减轻疼痛，加快康复，提高生活质量。方法：采用线上

调查问卷的方式发放问卷，对保定市第二医院骨一科和骨二科100名四肢骨折患者进行问

卷调查。结果：根据调查问卷显示，对于四肢骨折患者，要强化对疼痛的评估，并对患者

疼痛的原因和护理方法展开相关的知识宣传，做好护理工作，让患者的负面情绪得到缓解，

让患者的注意力从疼痛上转移开来，摆放适当的体位，同时可以合理应用止痛药物，改善

病人的机体营养，预防压疮等并发症，同时可以指导病人进行功能锻炼，做好相关的护理

工作，缓解病人的疼痛。结论：适当的围手术期疼痛管理和护理对于四肢骨折患者非常重

要，可有效减轻疼痛、降低并发症发生率并促进患者康复。

ABSTRACT

Objective:Themostcommonclinicalmanifestationofpatientswithlimbfractureispain.

Throughinvestigationandstudyofthefactorsaffectingthepainofpatientswithlimbfracture,

formulatereasonablecountermeasurestohelppatientsreducepain,acceleraterehabilitationand

improvethequalityoflife.Methods:100patientswithlimbfractureinthefirstDepartmentof

BoneandtheSecondDepartmentofboneintheSecondHospitalofBaodingwererandomly

distributedquestionnairesbymeansofonlinequestionnaire.Results:Accordingtothe

questionnaire,forpatientswithlimbfracture,tostrengthentheevaluationofpain,andthecauses

ofpainandnursingmethodstocarryoutrelatedknowledgepublicity,doagoodjobofnursing,

letthepatientsnegativeemotionsarerelieved,letthepatientsattentionfromthepaintransfer,

puttheappropriateposition,andcanreasonablyuseanalgesicdrugs,Makethepatientsbody

nutritionisimproved,preventtheoccurrenceofpressuresoreandothercomplications,butalso
