Strengthening mechanism and preparation process of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy, mainly including alloying, compositing, rapid solidification and twinning strengthening, etc., are emphatically introduced. What’s more, these enhanced techniques are analyzed comparatively. Finally, the development trends of these materials are summarized and forecasted.
