西安是田家炳中学办公楼

该办公楼位于西安市蓝田县.办公类型：三层框架结构.办公楼总长50.4m，宽14.4m，总高度11.4m。田家炳中学办公楼设计为三层钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼，分为建筑设计和结构设计两局部。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，采用PKPM软件设计结构，综合考虑使用功能、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。在建筑选型方面，采用“一”字型布置。

在完成结构局部的计算之后，依据建筑方案和结构设计计算结果完成结构局部的施工图设计。本方案为一栋中学教师办公楼，主体为三层的钢筋混凝土框架结构。结构设计中主要是框架设计阶段，首先必须满足水平地震力作用下的框架侧移验算的要求，其次就是要满足风荷载作用下的框架侧移验算的要求，在进行地震水平作用计算时采用了底部剪力法，并运用弯矩二次分配法对框架进行内力计算。
