asapprovedintheradiostationlicense,ect.Seriousbreachofradioadministration
regulationsmayalsoviolatetheArticle288oftheCriminalLaworArticle28of
PublicSecurityAdministrationPunishmentLaw,andwillbesentencedto
imprisonmentforatermnotmorethanthreeyears,criminaldetentionorpublic
surveillance,criminalpunishmentconcurrentlyorindependentlybeimposedwitha
fine,oranadministrativepenaltyofdetentionimposedbythepublicsecurityorgan.
