•TopreventmalfunctionsofthePLCsystemthatmaybecausedbyillegale-mail,takeproper

countermeasures(suchasvirusdetection)sothatillegale-mailisnotreceivedbythemail

serverofthismodule.

•IfitisnecessarytoensurethesecurityofthePLCsystemagainstunauthorizedaccessfrom

externaldevicesviatheInternet,appropriatemeasuresmustbeincorporatedbytheuser.

•WhencontrollingthePLC(modifyingdata)whileitisinoperationbyconnectingcomputer

peripheraldevicestothemainunitorconnectingpersonalcomputerstotheextensiondevice,

makesuretohaveaninterlockcircuitoutsideofthePLCtoensuresafesystemoperation.
