Thismanualshouldbeusedbytrainedandcompetentpersonnel.Thedefinitionofsuchapersonor

personsisasfollows:

a)Anyengineerusingtheproductassociatedwiththismanual,shouldbeofacompetentnature,

trainedandqualifiedtothelocalandnationalstandards.Theseengineersshouldbefullyawareof

allaspectsofsafetywithregardstoautomatedequipment.

b)Anycommissioningorserviceengineermustbeofacompetentnature,trainedandqualifiedto

thelocalandnationalstandards.

c)Alloperatorsofthecompletedequipmentshouldbetrainedtousethisproductinasafeand

coordinatedmannerincompliancetoestablishedsafetypractices.
