摘要目的：比较盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液与单独应用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方

法：收治常年性和季节性过敏性结膜炎患者200例，分为两组。试验组用盐酸奥洛他定联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗，对照

组单独使用盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗，对比两组的总有效率。结果：试验组治疗总有效率97%，对照组91%，组间对

比差异有统计学意义(=0.036)。结论：盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液，能较快、有效消除常年性和季节性

过敏性结膜炎患者的各项临床症状和体征，效果佳，短期内未见严重不良反应。
