摘 要
本文主要通过对复杂零件的数控工艺分析与加工,综合所学的专业知识,全面考虑可能影响铣削的因素,设计其加工工艺和加工,完成要求。
其中还包括好多的方面,比如毛胚的选择、零件图的分析、装夹、UG的三维造型、工序、走刀路线的确定以及数控加工时的各种步骤等。在机械加工领域来说,要完成零件的加工就必须熟悉以上内容,这样才能更好、更快的完成工作。
关键词:铣削;UG;数控加工
Abstract
This paper mainly through complex parts of the nc process analysis and processing, the comprehensive knowledge of professional knowledge, comprehensive consideration of factors may influence the milling, design its processing technology and processing, complete requirements.
Including a lot of aspects, such as the choice of the blank casts, the analysis of the drawing, clamping, 3 d modeling, the CAXA process, go to determine the route and the sword of the numerical control processing various steps, etc. In mechanical processing field, it is complete parts processing must be familiar with the above content, in order to better, faster finish the job.
