摘要：目的观看七星镇痛膏的镇痛抗炎作用。方式采纳醋酸

成立小鼠疼痛扭体模型及小鼠热板法，观看七星镇痛膏的镇痛作用；

采纳二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和右旋糖酐所致大鼠足跖肿胀形成模

型，观看七星镇痛膏的抗炎作用。结果七星镇痛膏剂量在，

g#12539;kg1对醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数的抑制率别离%，%；热板法证

明七星镇痛膏在给药1h后能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值（P＜），痛阈值

提高率为%，%；七星镇痛膏剂量在，g#12539;kg1时，对二甲苯所

致小鼠耳部炎症的抑制率别离为%，%；在给药后~4h对右旋糖酐所致

大鼠足跖肿胀具有明显抑制作用（P＜）。结论七星镇痛膏对疼痛和炎

症具有较显著的镇痛及抗炎作用。

Abstract：ObjectiveToresearchtheabirritationand
