Thisagreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)isenteredintoon[Date]between[EmployersName](hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployer),a[EmployersLegalStatus],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[EmployersAddress],and[EmployeesName](hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployee),anindividualwitharesidentialaddressat[EmployeesAddress].

REPRESENTATIONSANDWARRANTIES:

1.TheEmployerrepresentsandwarrantsthatithasthelegalcapacitytoenterintothisAgreementandthatthisAgreementconstitutesavalidandbindingobligationoftheEmployer.

2.TheEmployeerepresentsandwarrantsthathe/shehasthelegalcapacitytoenterintothisAgreementandthathe/sheisnotunderanycontractualorlegalobligationsthatwouldpreventhim/herfromfulfillinghis/herobligationsunderthisAgreement.

RECITALS:

WHEREAS,theEmployerdesirestoemploytheEmployeetoworkasapart-timestaffmemberatitsclub;

WHEREAS,theEmployeedesirestoacceptemploymentwiththeEmployerunderthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.EMPLOYMENTPOSITIONANDDUTIES:

TheEmployeeshallperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilitiesattheEmployersclub,subjecttotheEmployersreasonabledirectionandsupervision:

a.Assistinthemanagementandoperationoftheclub,includingbutnotlimitedto:greetingmembers,answeringphones,andhandlingcustomerinquiries;

b.PerformotherdutiesasassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

2.EMPLOYMENTTERM:

ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

3.HOURSOFWORK:

TheEmployeeshallwork[NumberofHours]hoursperweek,subjecttotheEmployersreasonableschedulingneeds.TheEmployeeshall
