南疆稻区新选水稻品系的产量与品质性状分析

摘要：为筛选出适合南疆地区种植的高产优质水稻新品种，解决南疆地区水稻产量与品质相矛盾的问题，本试验通过对

26个参试材料的13项农艺性状进行相关性分析、主成分分析，结果表明：26个参试材料的13个农艺性状变异系数范围

在2.44%～29.01%，其中成穗率变异系数最大（29.01%），全生育期天数变异系数最小（2.44%）。产量与株高、直链淀粉含量

呈极显著正相关性，与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关，与结实率、糙米率、整精米率、食味值呈负相关；直链淀粉含量与株高

呈极显著正相关，与食味值呈极显著负相关；食味值与株高呈显著负相关。主成分分析可以看出，5个主成分特征值均大于

1，贡献率分别是33.388%、19.063%、12.352%、9.381%、9.121%，累计贡献率达到83.306%。依据隶属度D值，筛选出11个

综合评价值高于对照新稻11号的品系，分别是16GY26-5-2-2、16GY50-4-2-1、18GYB22-2-2-2、16GY58-14-3-2-1、

16GY58-14-3-3-5-1、13GY4-6-2-1-1、15GYB24-4-3-1-3-5、15GY114-2-5-1、18GYB30-2-3-1、13GY4-6-1-1-1-1-1、

12GY11-5-4-3-1，本研究筛选出来的品系可为以后南疆稻区高产优质品种的筛选及推广提供理论依据。
