The paragraphs to this document are numbered to correspond with the paragraphs to ISO/TS 16949:2009. Where guidance by the customer is referenced, a requirement will be stated to clarify the Delphi interpretation. The requirements of all stated documents are applicable. Exceptions to any part of these requirements must be approved in writing by the appropriate Delphi functional area contact.
