It analyses the causes of turbine oil quality deterioration in operating units and its countermeasures and clarifies oil feeding and oil mixing regulations in operation. Besides, the paper stresses preventive measures for in-service oil aging, oil treatment processes and facilities, environmental protection, safety management and maintenance. At last, several issues deserving attention in implementing the existing standard are addressed, including turbine oil and auxiliary equipment oil supervision, turbine severity and failure diagnosis, relative supervision indicators, items and additions.
