本标准是按照1999年第三版ISO898-1ISO3506标准编制的。标准部分修改以满足日产和雷诺的实际情况。带有

虚线下划线的区域与最初的国际标准不同。

1.SCOPE范围

ThisStandardspecifiesthespecificationofvariousmachinescrews(hereinafterreferredtoasmachine

screw)madeofcarbonsteel,alloysteelandvariousstainlesssteels.Themachinescrewspecificationof

strengthclass4TnotspecifiedintheoriginalinternationalstandardshallbeinaccordancewiththeAPPENDIX.

本标准规定了由碳钢、合金钢和各种不锈钢制成的各种机螺钉(以下简称机螺丝)的规格。原国际标准中未指定的强

度等级4T的机器螺丝规格应符合附录。

Remark:MaterialsandsurfacetreatmentofthepartsspecifiedinthisStandardmustconformtoNESM

0301(SubstanceUseRestrictions).

备注：本标准规定的零件的材料和表面处理必须符合NESM0301(物质使用限制)。

ThestandardmaterialusedformachinescrewshallbeWRCH4KinNESM1019(WireRodforCold

HeadedBolts).MaterialsequivalenttoSUS305inNESM1145(StainlessSteelWiresforColdHeading

andColdForging)maybeused.

在NESM1019(冷镦螺栓用线材)中，用于机螺钉的标准材料应为WRCH4K。可使用相当于NESM1145(冷镦和冷

锻用不锈钢丝)SUS305的材料。
