【摘要】目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者应用格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果、安

全性。方法选取96例老年2型糖尿病患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组

48例。对照组患者采取二甲双胍进行治疗,研究组给予二甲双胍联合格列美脲进行治疗。比较两组

患者血糖［空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)］、血脂［总胆固醇(TC)、

低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)］、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、不良反应发生情况。

结果治疗后,研究组患者FPG(6.03±0.58)mmol/L、2hPG(8.07±1.02)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.06±1.43)%均

低于对照组的(8.42±1.19)mmol/L、(10.56±1.81)mmol/L、(8.45±1.56)%(P0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者

TC(2.78±0.41)mmol/L、LDL-C(1.37±0.23)mmol/L、TG(2.01±0.33)mmol/L均低于对照组的(3.47±0.49)、

(2.18±0.29)、(2.72±0.28)mmol/L(P0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的生理机能评分(91.34±5.63)分、社会

功能评分(90.45±5.74)分、精神健康评分(90.83±5.23)分、生理职能评分(93.45±5.27)分高于对照组

的(82.42±5.61)、(80.26±5.32)、(81.41±5.87)、(89.25±5.19)分(P0.05)。治疗后,研究组不良反应发

生率6.25%略低于对照组的10.42%,但差异不显著(P0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者采取二甲双胍、

格列美脲联合治疗能够提升其临床疗效,帮助患者控制血糖及血脂情况,提高患者生活质量,且患者用

药之后出现不良反应的几率较小,具有较高的应用安全性。
