摘要
吹塑成型是热塑性塑料制件的一种主要成形方法。吹塑成形可成形各种形状的
塑料制件。它的特点是成形周期短，能一次成形外形复杂，尺寸较为精密，不带嵌
件的塑料制件，且生产率比较高，易于实现自动化生产，所以广泛用于塑料制件的
生产。
近年来，PET吹塑瓶以其质量轻、强度高、透明、无毒等优点被大量用于饮料
包装，特别是碳酸性饮料的包装，于是提出了PET树脂中空吹塑模具设计。该设计
方案首先分析了PET瓶的几何结构和瓶坯的吹塑成型工艺，模具工作部分的温度控
制等;然后提出了中空吹塑模具的结构，并阐述其工作原理。该模具结构设计合
理，操作方便，能满足使用要求。

design.Thedesignschemeisfirstlyanalyzedthegeometricalstructure
ofPETbottleofbottlepreformandblowmoldingproce.Mouldworkof
temperaturecontrolpartsetc.Thenitputsforwardforblowmolding
mouldstructure.,anditsworkingprinciple.Themouldstructure
reasonabledesign,convenientoperation,cansatisfytherequirementsof
operation.
