牙周组织再生术治疗牙周炎的效果分析

【摘要】目的 分析对于牙周炎患者施以牙周组织再生术加以施治的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年8月南京医科

大学附属口腔医院牙周炎患者76例，通过随机数字表法分为两组，各组均38例，对照组患者为常规牙周基础治疗，观察组

则联合运用牙周组织再生术治疗，针对两组患者的临床疗效、相关牙周指标以及疼痛程度等进行比较。结果 治疗总有效率相

比，观察组的97.37%，高于对照组的84.21%（＜0.05）；治疗后两组龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙龈指数（GI）、牙周袋探诊深

度（PD）、牙菌斑指数（PLI）以及附着丧失（AL）水平，以及视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组（均

P＜0.05）。结论 对牙周炎患者通过联合应用牙周组织再生术进行治疗能够有效减轻局部疼痛感，改善牙周健康状况，并提升治疗

效果。
