雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的效果分析

摘要目的：分析雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年1月

盐城市阜宁县中医院收治的80例FD患者进行研究，随机分为对照组(40例，给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗)和观察组(40例，

给予雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗)。比较两组症状评分、临床疗效、胃肠排空率及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，

两组嗳气、上腹部疼痛、胃部烧灼感评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率高于对

照组(P=0.006)；治疗后，两组胃排空率、肠排空率高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应总发

生率无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗FD的效果显著，可促进患者症状改善和胃肠排空，且

安全性较高。

Methods:Atotalof80FDpatientsadmittedtoFuningCountyHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicineinYanchengCityfrom

January2023toJanuary2024wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup(40cases,

treatedwithmosapridecitrate)andtheobservationgroup(40cases,treatedwithrabeprazolecombinedwithmosapride).The

symptomscores,clinicalefficacy,gastricemptyingrateandadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:

Aftertreatment,thescoresofbelching,epigastricpainandgastricburningsensationinthetwogroupswerelowerthanthose
