Abstract

Withtherapidadvancementofinformationtechnology,algorithmshavebecome

thecornerstoneofnew-generationtechnologieslikeartificialintelligence,deeply

ingrainedinpeoplesdailylives.Undoubtedly,algorithmshaveplayedapivotalrolein

enhancingsocialproductivityandnationallivingstandards,whilealsoservingasa

drivingforcebehindenterprisedigitaltransformationandthemodernizationofnational

governancecapabilities.However,manyconveniencesbroughtbyalgorithm

technologycantcoverupmanydarksides，suchasalgorithmicdiscrimination,

algorithmsecurity,algorithmmanipulationandotherlegal,ethical,andsocietalissues.

Theserisksbroughtbythesealgorithmsdamageindividualrightsandsocialpublic

interests,destroypeoplestrustinalgorithms,andhindertheapplicationofalgorithms

andtheplayofpositivevalue.Therefore,societybeginstoreflectonalgorithms.Atthe

sametime,withtheincreasingopportunitiesforpeopletointeractwithalgorithms,

usersgraduallychangefromtechnicalunconsciousnesstoactiveindividuals,andalso

movefromblindlyrelyingonalgorithmstoresistingalgorithms.

Inthepreviousalgorithmresearchliterature,therelationshipbetweenalgorithm

anduserwillbemorealgorithm-centeredastheentrypoint,andlessattentionwillbe

paidtotheusersalgorithmresistancebehavior;Theexistingresearchesonalgorithm

resistanceoftenfocusonthestrategyclassificationofresistancebehavior.Therefore,

thispaperattemptstocombinequantitativeresearchandqualitativeresearch,starting

fromtheperspectiveofExpectationDisconfirmationTheory,andtakingAlgorithm
